    Welcome back.

First I think you definitely owe Max for his completely unscripted appearance. Whatever you paid him with was well earned.

What I got from following your progress was just how easy some people find multi-tasking. Of your groups there’s an intersection of those that can do the bohemian, get the experience, and take the time out; and those that can do the slick professional down-to-business stuff. The most successful of all (or happiest, possibly) is those that CAN balance the two. Those that can nourish their souls and not feel bad about turning a buck whilst they do it (you can add those that can do piece to camera whilst disentangling child from knitwear if you like).

I laud your energy and focus. I’m lacking a push one way or the other, if you know what I mean.
